What is Rider Public Liability Insurance?
Protection if you are wholly or partly responsible for causing accidental injury or damage to a third party whilst offering your services on the Deliveroo platform.
I am a member of the public, how do I make a claim for damages caused by a Deliveroo rider?
If you've been injured or your property has been damaged in an incident or accident with rider you believe was using the Deliveroo platform, you should report the matter to Onsi here.
How do I make a claim as a Deliveroo rider?
To make a claim is quick, simple and straightforward. If you have been involved in an incident with someone whilst logged in and online on the Deliveroo platform and have caused them injury or damaged their property then you must let us know to that we can take care of matters for you., Please report it to Onsi here.
I work as a substitute driver. Am I covered?
The Liability Insurance that protects you also covers Substitutes to whom you may have delegated your shift. We will protect the Substitute provided that they were working under your active Deliveroo account and they were operating in accordance with your Deliveroo Rider Supplier Agreement.
What information and documents are required to make a claim?
The more information you provide, the faster we can resolve the matter. Please answer all the questions with as much detail as possible. We will need to ensure the rider was offering their service to Deliveroo at the time, so please be sure to give us the rider information and as much detail about the location and time of incident as you can. Remember: Photos are always super useful so if you have them, please share them.
