Am I eligible to access my earnings early?
All Evri couriers can access their earnings early. You’ll receive an invite from Onsi to register an account, and your earnings will be uploaded from that point. You can enjoy discounts on food, fuel, and more. Register and download the Onsi app to access.
How much can I withdraw?
Evri will make up to 50% of your parcel delivery earnings, up to £150, available to withdraw early via the Onsi app. All other types of earnings including collections, ad hoc payments agreed with your CDM, and HSP will not be available via Onsi. Earnings will be available two days after each delivery day. Thursday, Friday and Saturday earnings will be available on Monday. You can choose to withdraw all the earnings available to you or a custom amount. There is a £1.80 withdrawal fee each time you withdraw your earnings. You can withdraw up to £300 per transaction. If you choose not to withdraw your earnings, you will be paid as normal on your regular payday.
How do I withdraw my earnings?
Open the Onsi app on your mobile. You'll see your balance straight away. Select 'Withdraw' and enter the amount that you'd like to withdraw from your available earnings. You’ll then be shown the confirm withdrawal screen, if you’d like to continue select ‘Confirm’. It will then be confirmed that the withdrawal has been submitted. Your earnings will be delivered to your bank account within minutes. In some cases, this can take up to two hours.
How often will my earnings be updated?
You can access your parcel delivery earnings two days after each delivery day. This means you will be able to access Monday earnings on Wednesday. Thursday, Friday and Saturday earnings will be available on Monday. As soon as Evri has provided information about your earnings we will make this available to you through the Onsi app. You will receive a notification to let you know you have earnings available to withdraw. If you were expecting to be able to withdraw available earnings and you don’t have the option on the Onsi app, then please contact support@onsi.com and we will be happy to help. Your balance, which is the amount you have available to withdraw will accrue over the pay cycle. At the end of each pay cycle, which is displayed to you on the Onsi app, your balance will be reset to £0 and no longer be available to withdraw. Any amount that you haven't withdrawn will be included in your normal payday with Evri.
