What is Onsi?
Onsi is a benefits provider that Wolt has partnered with to give you access to insurance whilst on app.
Is Onsi free?
Yes, it is free to claim on your insurance. The insurance costs are covered in full by Wolt on behalf of courier partners. There is an excess for medical expenses.
What is covered?
You have a range of insurance covers, provided you are on app at the time they occur (or were working within the 30 minutes prior). You have three main insurance covers: Critical injury cover - payment if you have an accident whilst on app that leaves you injured or disabled Medical expenses - cover for medical expenses to help fund a quick recovery Accidental death - payment for your next of kin if you pass away whilst on app, including funeral expenses. What isn't covered?
You are not covered if you were not on app at the time of an accident (or were on app within the 30 minutes prior). You won’t be covered for injuries that aren’t specified in your insurance documents and there is no cover for illness or disease. You should also note that your own items such as your phone or vehicle are not covered. You can find the full details of what’s covered through your account.
How can I make a claim?
You can submit a claim online through your Onsi account. Visit the Insurance page, select the type of cover, answer a few questions and submit your claim.
