What does access to Onsi cost?
There is no cost to you, Lieferando pays for your access on your behalf.
When will I be able to access Onsi?
You’ll have access as soon as Lieferando tells Onsi you are eligible.
How much can I claim if I have an accident?
If you have an accident whilst delivering with Lieferando, you are covered for up to £5,000,000 in case you accidentally injure another person, up to £5,000,000 if you accidentally damage another person’s property and up to £500,000 towards legal costs following a claim for accidentally injuring another person or accidentally damaging their property.
How can I make a claim?
You’ll see the option to submit a claim through the Insurance section on the home page of the Onsi app.
