Onsi is a benefits provider that Wolt has partnered with to give you access to insurance whilst on app.

Is Onsi free?

Yes, it is free to claim on your insurance. The insurance costs are covered in full by Wolt on behalf of courier partners. There is an excess for medical expenses.

What is covered?

You have a range of insurance covers, provided you are on app at the time they occur (or were working within the 30 minutes prior). You can find details of the full range of cover through your account.

What isn't covered?

Examples of claims we will not pay include: For Fractures solely of fingers and/or toes. For Dislocations where the joint has been previously dislocated. For Dislocations that do not require treatment at a Hospital For Hospital Stays of less than 48 hours. For further exclusions, please refer to your policy wording which can be found in the insurance section of the Onsi app.
