Onsi Free is - you guessed it - free. For Onsi Pro, we charge a flat fee of £1,500 plus taxes for up to 5,000 members. If you have more than 5,000 members, Onsi Custom is the package for you. Onsi Pro also has add-ons - Instant Payments and Accident & Sickness Insurance, which you can give to your workers at an extra cost. Accident & Sickness costs £2 per worker per month, and Instant Rewards have a 2% processing fee. If you want to tier your Onsi Pro benefits, that comes at an extra cost - speak to your point of contact to find out more. Onsi Custom pricing is (clue’s in the name) customised depending on what your unique benefits look like. These prices include as many seats as you’d like, so everyone who needs to access the Onsi Platform can do. We don’t want to leave anyone out. We’d love to chat all about taxes (said no one ever) but they look a bit different depending on which country you’re in, so get in touch with your point of contact to find out the finer details.
What are your products?
Onsi has three products: savings, insurance and instant payments. Our savings products are Cashback and Discounts. Cashback gives workers a percentage of all their spending paid directly onto their Onsi Card. Discounts gives workers a wide range of discounts on fuel, food, big brands and more, which they can find on the Onsi App. We have three Insurance products: Accident & Sickness Insurance, Compassionate & Family Leave, and Public Liability Insurance. Accident & Sickness Insurance gives financial support to workers and their families after an accident or illness. Compassionate & Family Leave is a one-off lump sum designed to allow workers to spend time with a new baby, or take time off to grieve a loved one. Public Liability Insurance protects workers (and your business) if they have an accident and someone gets hurt or something gets damaged. Our Instant Payments products are On-demand Pay, Instant Rewards and Boosted Cashback. On-demand Pay allows workers to access their pay directly after a shift. Businesses use Instant Rewards to incentivise workers to take certain shifts, or reward them at certain moments in their career. Boosted Cashback allows businesses to reward loyal workers by giving them higher levels of cashback for a set time period.
Is there a minimum contract term?
Yes, the minimum contract term is 12 months.
Can I upgrade my plan?
Go right ahead. You can upgrade your plan at any point within your contract, and we have a little party anytime anyone does.
What support is there?
Our dedicated worker support team is available to help your workers whether you’re on Free, Pro or Custom. Onsi Free Users have access to a Help Centre to answer any questions. If you’re on Pro or Custom, you’ll have a dedicated team working to make sure your programme hits your goals.
How long does it take to launch?
With Onsi Free, you can be up and running in no time (3days, to be exact). Onsi Pro takes 3 - 6 weeks. For Onsi Custom, it depends on the products you’d like and the levels of customisation you need - speak to your point of contact to find out more.
