Brand recognition is key to trust and this isn’t lost to us here at Onsi. While we’ve always pushed to make members feel instantly at home via co-branded landing pages and registration emails, today we’re taking this one step further. We’re thrilled to announce that you now incorporate your brand colours into the Onsi Member App experience.

What is theming?

Theming is the process of incorporating your brand identity into a third party application to deliver a superior user experience. In the case of Onsi, this means ensuring that at each member touch point, your brand is front and centre.  From the moment users open their invitation email to their first app sign in, your brand's look and feel will create a cohesive and familiar environment, enhancing their overall experience.

Why does theming matter?

  1. Enhanced Brand Visibility: By integrating your brand’s colours, logo, and visual elements into the Onsi Member App, you ensure that your brand is always at the forefront of the user’s mind while using Onsi. This consistent visibility reinforces brand recognition, loyalty and engagement with the benefits being provided to your members.

  2. Improved User Experience: A seamless and consistent visual experience across all touchpoints can significantly improve user satisfaction. When users feel at home within the app, they are more likely to engage positively and frequently.

  3. Increased Trust and Credibility: When users see your brand prominently featured and integrated within Onsi, it boosts their trust and confidence in our services.

In-app theming example

In the example below, we see an unbranded Onsi Member App followed by a fully themed version. Note that upon confirmation of launching this feature, the design team at Onsi are more than happy to take your design system and ensure it displays beautifully inside Onsi.

If you are an existing Onsi client and would like to switch this feature on, please contact your Account Manager.
