With Insights, Onsi Partners now have daily access to the data that matters most — allowing them to quickly see the impact of the benefits being provided to their members and report on key milestones. The metrics powering Insights were crafted to address specific needs raised by our partners, in particular allowing them to craft strategic marketing plans to improve registration rates, and to support member education and engagement strategies.

Onsi Insights brings five key features to support Partner teams and elevate programme impact:
View by Members, Pay, Reward, and Protect: Insights offers targeted views to monitor performance across key benefit areas. In the Members section, Partners can track registration rates to gauge member engagement, while insights within the Pay, Reward, and Protect sections allow them to monitor metrics for each core benefit, helping identify trends and areas for improvement.
Daily data visibility: Partners can access daily updates on their programme’s essential metrics, complete with a timestamp showing when data was last refreshed. This daily visibility allows Partners to make timely, data-driven decisions that align with programme goals.
Customisable date filters: Whether Partners review performance by month or across specific pay cycles, Insights provides flexible filtering options to match their unique reporting schedule and programme milestones.
Pay cycle-specific views for Onsi Pay customers: Timing is critical for Pay administration. Insights adapts to each Partner’s unique pay cycle cadence, enabling programme performance to be monitored and compared from one cycle to the next.
Data transparency and clarity: To streamline analysis, each chart includes a detailed explanation of what the data represents and how it’s measured. A refreshed colour scheme also ensures that charts are visible across devices, so Partners always have a clear, accurate view of their programme.
